Every year, Tricom Funding participates in the Brigg's and Al's Run & Walk which is a charity event to raise money for Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. In 2010, our team's Champion was Maggie Schlehlein. Maggie was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 7. Maggie underwent chemotherapy treatments for 2 ½ years and is now cancer free.
The MACC Fund is a local charity that is dedicated to funding childhood cancer and blood disorder research. For the past 26 years, the MACC Fund has sold an ornament during the holiday season to provide hope for children with cancer and blood disorders long after the holiday season. This year, Maggie was selected to design the brightly colored ornament and she did an excellent job. We are very proud of Maggie for all that she has achieved.
