Client Conference Keynote Presentations Announced

Even though it’s only June, our thoughts are already turning to this fall as we continue to plan for our 2019 Client Conference in September. We’ve been working hard on our conference line-up to bring you top professionals and experts eager to share their insights into the staffing industry. After all, the TRICOM Client Conference isn’t about TRICOM – it’s about offering valuable information you can use in your staffing business.

Another keynote speaker is Will Matthews. Will is President and Founder of the Matthews Performance Group, as well as the author of the highly acclaimed book You’ve Got This! The 5 Self-Coaching Keys You Need to Live Boldly and Accomplish Anything. Will speaks to audiences around the world and is bringing his message on the topic of resiliency and deliberately evolving yourself to increase joy and results to the TRICOM Client Conference. Whether it is time to finally kick into a higher gear or simply time to reactivate and re-engage, the unique concepts in You’ve Got This! act as an accelerator for personal and business growth. This fun, impactful program for creating a fulfilling life takes a deep dive into five foundational elements: becoming grateful, being a warrior, mastering resiliency, deliberately evolving yourself, and learning to trust and let go.

We’ll hear from Taylor St. Germain, Analyst/Speaker from ITR Economics about Managing in an Uncertain Economy. The trends of 2018 are not carrying us through 2019. The economic trends are shifting at this moment, and plans for the rest of this year and for 2020 need to reflect the new reality. Understanding the changes and managing to them is necessary to maintaining profitability and/or driving profits higher. The economic pressures are going to be working against achieving higher profits in 2019-2020. Attend and learn what the leading indicators are telling us, where the US-led global economy is heading, and how it all will impact the decision-makers of today. Plan with confidence and make your move at the right time.

Attendees will learn about a method by which their company can take advantage of their own data and the economic environment. Using rate-of-change calculations, the audience will find out how to identify where they are in the business cycle and which key leading indicators should inform their business strategy to help them to make the right decisions at the right time.

Walk away from this session with:

  • A clear vision for the economic future in 2019-2020 and beyond
  • An understanding of the key economic indicators and trends impacting the US economy
  • Clear and concise Management Objectives™ to prepare for the coming business cycle and maintain profitability
  • Employment, inflation, and CAPEX expectations

In addition to these insightful and inspiring keynotes, we have some fun planned! Join us on our first night, Wednesday, September 18 from 6 – 10 pm for our first evening networking event at one of Milwaukee’s best breweries, the Milwaukee Brewing Company (MKE Brewing). Milwaukee has a storied beer history going back to nearly the founding of the city — in fact, Miller Brewing Company was founded in 1855, a mere 9 years after Milwaukee became incorporated. Since then, large and small breweries alike have continued to make Milwaukee famous. Since 1997, MKE Brewing’s goal has been to brew outstanding, unique beers while maintaining an unwavering commitment to sustainability, business ethics and the art of brewing. Included in the evening will be tours, games, food, samples, and fun. We’re excited to share this taste of Milwaukee with our conference attendees!
