About the presenter:

Robert Thompson started his career as a principal at a marketing firm focusing on market research and analysis of the staffing industry. He has worked with dozens of firms including World Wide since 1989. He co-authored one of the first Staffing Industry Risk Management Manuals in 1995 which is still in use today. In 2007 he joined World Wide Specialty Programs as a Vice President, using his 23 years of Staffing Industry experience to run their New Business, Broker Development and Workers Compensation Division. He is an experienced manager whose skills range from Marketing, Research, Analysis, Sales, Customer/Broker Relations to Underwriting and Loss Control.  He is from New York and has four grown children.
