Tricom Funding is an active member of the community and believes strongly in the power of giving. In prior years, Tricom has supported many charitable organizations and events, including Habitat for Humanity and the Miller Ride for the Performing Arts, in addition to underwriting a college scholarship program for Milwaukee 's Browning Middle School .
Currently, once every quarter, a rotating group of employees volunteer and serve at the St. Vincent De Paul Society meal program in Milwaukee.
Al’s Memorial Run and Walk for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin
Since 1996, Tricom Funding has been a strong supporter of The Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin . By participating in the annual Al’s Memorial Run and Walk for Children’s Hospital, the company demonstrates its commitment to helping enhance the lives of every member of the community.
In 2003, Tricom’s staff of almost 60 went above and beyond the challenge set before them, far exceeded their pledge and participation goals and set new records for the company. Tricom Funding took first place in the Corporate Team Division’s Team Participation category with 904 participants, and placed first in Pledge and Gift Results with $49,118.50 donated to the cause – almost $40,000.00 more than the second place team.

Season Of Giving
Tricom’s Season of Giving Team is also giving back to the community through its employee’s efforts to raise money for a wide variety of charities. By hosting events including clothing and food drives, auctions and even pie-throwing contests, Tricom’s employees have raised over $3,000.00 for the Milwaukee Women’s Shelter, the Penfield Children’s Center, St. Vincent De Paul Society, Disabled American Veterans, Alzheimer’s Association, the Hunger Task Force and other charitable organizations. The team has also donated clothes, food and other needed items to Operation Iraqi Children and to our troops in Iraq .
